We’ll teach you how to make the perfect caramel sauce to add to your cakes for that extra flavour. To decorate the cakes, we’ll create the cutest little pumpkin decorations from fondant, we will talk you through all the stages of preparing the flowers before placing them on your cake and preparing dried citrus fruit slices to complete our autumnal look.
