Piped Buttercream Winter Cake

This is an ideal class for those who are new to cake decorating or want to try out a new technique. This stunningly piped cake is easy to achieve with the right know how.
In the class you will learn how to create our silky smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream. We will guide you through how to fill and stack a layered cake and how to achieve the perfect crumb coat ready for decorating.
You will learn how to use colour to create various effects when piping. We will cover throughly how to correctly use an assortment of piping tips to create this piped winter wonderland. You’ll be piping like a pro in no time!
Each participant will decorate their own cake and take it home to enjoy!
You will be working on pre-made cakes. Prices do not include VAT.
